Wyndham Grand Athens is located in an existing building in Karaiskaki Square Athens. Its main feature is a large nine-floor high atrium that allows natural light through the glazed roof into the ground floor. The refurbishment’s goal is to create a five star hotel classic without being obsolete, modern and interesting without being over the top or pretentious. 

The general concept of the architectural design is the combination of contemporary and classical influences in order to create a sense of familiar luxury that will provide guests with quality hospitality.The use of natural wood enhances the sense of intimacy while decorative objects in tones of yellow and blue add a pleasant relaxed feeling.
Extensive use of latticed wood in bespoke geometrical patterns reference the Athenian classical architectural heritage as well as its multicultural background.
