The project involves the creation of a building complex to accommodate the research activities in the fields of Clean Energy, Clean Vehicles and Sustainable Industrial Processing.

The new building complex will be an addition to the existing buildings within the CERTH Campus. The complex comprises the office and staff areas wing, the research laboratories wing, the heavy-duty dynamometer and the intermediate dynamometer and control room zone. The above zoning distinction is made necessary by the particular requirements of the specialist lab equipment that require spaces with considerable heights as opposed to conventional areas.
