The new KoSea is a boutique hotel in the heart of the city of Kos. Its interior reflects the vibrance of a busy island culture, full of life, social spaces, bars, restaurants, and touristic attractions. The clients are youngsters wish­ing to dive into the vibrant life of the city, so the hotel needs to reflect the character of the guests.

KoSea is to become a unique, cosy city ho­tel which can accomodate guests all year round. The authenticity of the design derives from the use of the local culture and archi­tecture as a source of inspiration, while mod­ern funky influences define the details of the decor.
